Avoid Penalties! Dont Miss the Validation Deadline.
For shipments destined to Gabon, please keep the following BIETC validation deadlines in mind to ensure your order is processed as smooth as possible.
BIETCs must be prevalidated before the estimated time of departure (ETD) of the vessel.
The final validation of the BIETC must then be completed within the following deadlines after the vessel’s departure:
Africa: 10 days
Europe: 15 days
America: 20 days
Asia, Oceania & Middle East: 20 days
Please make sure that all mandatory documents are submitted from the start or well before the deadline. You can find the full list of required documents here.
💡 Tips to get your BESC even faster:
- Place your orders at least 48 hours before the ETD.
- Consider using prepayments or maintaining credit on your account so orders are processed faster.
