We would like to remind you that for shipments to Angola, all mandatory documents and details in the Application Form (ARCCLA) must be complete and accurate before we can start preparing the draft. Please pay special attention to the following:
✅The DU document must match the invoices.
✅The currency on both the freight invoice and the commercial invoice must be the same.
‼️For RoRo shipments, it is mandatory to include an ANTT document with the application. You can find more information here.
✅BL, DU, and Invoice number
✅Weight and volume (pay attention to commas and dots)
‼️All HS codes must be filled in
✅Value of goods is accurate
Strict compliance with the above points will speed up processing and ensure your ECTN can be obtained in the shortest possible time.
