In line with the official directive from the Malian Customs Authority, all cargo arriving in Mali must have a validated Electronic Cargo Tracking Note (ECTN).

1. Shipments without a valid ECTN will not be accepted and will still require an ECTN
2. Shipments may be subject to penalties and clearance delays.
