ECTN is requested by law.
An LC Angola (Loading Certificate) is required by law for all goods shipped to Angola. Each Bill of Lading (B/L) must be covered by a separate ECTN for Angola. Failure to provide a valid certificate at the port of destination may result in fines or cargo being held.
