Dear all,
The Bordereau Électronique de Suivi des Cargaisons (BESC/BSC) is mandatory for all maritime shipments to and from Chad, as per Joint Order N°005/PCMT/PMT/MTSR/2022. This document, required since 2013, must accompany each Bill of Lading (B/L).
Documents required to obtain the BESC:
✅ Bill of Lading (B/L)
✅ Commercial Invoice
✅ Sea Freight Invoice (If the Commercial Invoice is FOB or EXW)
