Your privacy is our policy

TC&T performs any processing of personal data in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.

TC&T is the Processing Controller of the personal data that you (data subject) provide to us via email to ctn@rcdesk.be, entered in the contact form on the website, and/or entered when ordering our services/products. We collect the following types of data from you:

-      Company name/surname and first name;

-      Place of residence;

-      Email address;      

-      Telephone/mobile phone number;

-      VAT number;

Other personal data that you would provide to us yourself via email/attachments.

All personal data is only used for the execution of our services and enables us to get in touch with you at your request. Your e-mail address may also be used for direct marketing purposes, f.e. to send you regular newsletters. You have the right to unsubscribe from this mailing list at any time by using the appropriate link in each newsletter.

We need your personal data to provide you with the following services:

-           Professional contact via telephone, email, etc.

-           Management of customer files

-           Provision of services (answers to your questions) and to be able to correctly execute the agreement to be concluded

-           Marketing activities: digital newsletter, sending printed matter and invitations.

In the event that TC&T reorganises, transfers, ceases to carry out its business activities, in whole or in part, or goes into liquidation, your data may be transferred to new entities or third parties through which TC&T's business activities are carried out, in whole or in part.

TC&T will use reasonable endeavours to give you prior notice of any disclosure of your data by TC&T to such third party but you acknowledge that this may not be technically or commercially feasible in all circumstances.

TC&T will not sell, rent, distribute or otherwise make your Personal Data commercially available to any third party except as described above or unless with your prior consent.

In rare instances TC&T may be required to disclose your Personal Data pursuant to a court order or to comply with other mandatory laws or regulations.

We will retain and process the personal data for the period necessary for the purposes of the processing and for the contractual relationship between TC&T and you.

Specifically intended period: 3 years after the last communication.

Your rights as a data subject are:

5.1       Right of access and inspection:

You have the right to know at any time, free of charge, your personal data as well as the use we make of your personal data.

5.2       Right of rectification, deletion and restriction:

You are free to communicate or not Your personal data to TC&T. In addition, you are always entitled to request us to correct, supplement or delete your personal data. You acknowledge that upon refusal to communicate or request the deletion of personal data, certain services and products may not be available.

You may also request to limit the processing of your Personal Data.

5.3       Right of objection:

You also have a right to object to the processing of your Personal Data for serious and legitimate reasons.

In addition, you always have the right to oppose the use of Personal Data for direct marketing purposes; in such case you do not need to provide any reasons.

5.4       Right of free data transfer:

You have the right to obtain and/or transfer your Personal Data processed by us in structured, common and machine-readable form to other responsible parties.

5.5.      Right of withdrawal of consent:

To the extent that the processing is based on your prior consent, you have the right to withdraw such consent.

5.6.      Exercise of your rights:

You may exercise your rights by contacting us for that purpose, either by e-mail to ctn@rcdesk.be or by post to B-2600 Berchem, Berchemstadionstraat 76 bus 9-B, Belgium or by using the "Contact us" section on the Platform, enclosing a copy of your identity card.

5.7.      Automatic decisions and profiling:

The processing of your Personal Data does not include profiling and you will not be subject to automated decisions by us either.

We have developed technically and organisationally appropriate security measures in order to avoid the destruction, loss, falsification, modification, unauthorised access or accidental communication to third parties of personal data collected, as well as any other unauthorised processing of this data.

In no event can TC&T be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from a wrongful or unlawful use of the personal data by a third party.

You must at all times comply with the security regulations, including by preventing any unauthorised access to your login and code. You are thus solely responsible for the use made from the Platform, of your computer, IP address and of your identification data, as well as for their confidentiality.

In order to process your personal data, we grant access to your personal data to our employees.

We guarantee an equivalent level of protection by providing contractual obligations to these employees and appointees, which are similar to this Privacy Policy.
