The authorities underline that every document must be requested and validated before the deadlines.

Asia | Before shipment (ETD) | 20 days from the departure date |
Africa | Before shipment (ETD) | 10 days from the departure date |
Middle East | Before shipment (ETD) | 20 days from the departure date |
America | Before shipment (ETD) | 20 days from the departure date |
Oceania | Before shipment (ETD) | 20 days from the departure date |
Late requests will lead to:
- Additional late fees
- Delays of clearing the cargo
