Loading Certificate is the name used in Angola for an Electronic Cargo Tracking Note (ECTN). It is mandatory for all goods shipped to Angola.  

The ARCCLA file contains all the important information of the shipment and must be filled in correctly by the company requesting the ECTN. It can be uploaded in PDF or Excel format. The ARCCLA document is mandatory and is requested by authorities for validation of the Loading Certificate.

The DU document or Documento Unico (Provisorio) is a required document for shipments to Angola. The DU/DUP number(s) must be listed on the Loading Certificate. The DU is managed by MINDCOM (Angolan Ministry of Industry and Commerce).

Yes. An LC Angola is required by Angolan law for all goods shipped to Angola. Each Bill of Lading (B/L) must be covered by a separate ECTN for Angola. Failure to provide a valid certificate at the port of destination may result in fines or cargo being held.

MINDCOM stands for Ministério da Indústria e Comércio — the Angolan Ministry of Industry and Commerce. MINDCOM is the authority responsible for DU(P) documents.

Yes, a correction after validation of a Loading Certificate is possible if the requirements are met. You can request a correction after validation via your order in the klant portaal.
