Important information
Update regarding the ECTN procedure for RORO vehicle shipments
Effective 1st May 2025, shippers will be required to provide either:
Proof of registration in the Importers/Exporters File (FIMEX)
A valid Special Import Authorization.
This document must be submitted before the final validated ECTN can be issued.
Deadline ECTN validation
The ECTN has to be validated at least 5 days before arrival.

Taxpayers No./NIU Number (14 Characters long)
ECTN is requested by law
The ECTN/BESC/LC - certificate is a necessary document requested by law. Each B/L must be accompanied by an Electronic Cargo Tracking Note.
