Dear all,
To ensure smooth processing of your groupage shipments to Gabon, please take note of the following requirements from the authorities:

Mandatory notation
All groupage shipments must bear the notation <LCL> (Less than Container Load) on the draft or original Bill of lading (B/L).

Required documents
1.Sub-B/Ls (issued by the consolidator) containing:
Shipper's details: name, address, active phone number (in Gabon)
Consolidator's details: name, address, phone number, signature and stamp
2.Invoices and packing lists of each shipper involved in the groupage
Information concerning shippers, consignees and notify parties must be clearly separated when the declarant requests validation from the BIETC.
