In accordance with Presidential Decree No. 155/20 of June 1st, regulating the import and trade of road equipment 🚧, a new control mechanism has been introduced.

Here's is what you Need to Know:

You'll now need an import license before a Loading Certificate can be issued.

Exporters of the components listed in the decree must present a prior authorization from the National Land Transport Agency (ANTT). This is in addition to standard documents like the invoice, Bill of Lading, and D.U. (Declaration for Unloading).

This requirement is mandated by Article 17 of Decree No. 155/20 of June 1st
